Energy Demand Management
We have significant experience in assessing existing installations and offering recommendations for which systems should be targeted to give the best cost v benefit energy usage reductions. This service can be offered as any of the following individual parts in order, or as a complete process:

1. Assessment

Meet to discuss current costs and any known issues with the existing installations.

Visit site to review and assess installations such as lighting, connected power loads, heating, cooling and other mechanical systems such as any pumping, plus all related control systems.

Provide a high level report showing the findings and identifying which systems would offer savings, grading these as significant, moderate or minor.

Meet again to discuss the report findings and agree which systems to pursue to the next stage if required.

2. Proposal

Once the systems to be further investigated have been agreed, we will calculate current running costs and review against utility bills if available.

Propose alternative systems/installations with corresponding estimated operational savings and installation costs.

Meet to discuss proposals and agree which systems to pursue to the next stage based on this advanced information.

3. Design

With the final systems for upgrade identified and agreed, we can detail and specify the full replacement including strip out of existing, and any installation phasing required for operational spaces, and prepare documents for tender of the works.

4. Oversight and Approval

Assist with tender reviews, recommendations and provide supervision of the installation with review and approval of final certification and installation manual prior to handover back to the Client.
